Patricia Vinyard (b. 1963, White Hall, IL, USA) explores relationships between the visible world and the unseen forces that shape it along with the human response to those relationships. Her work utilizes drawing, painting, collage, and sculpture to investigate the mysteries of color relationships, organic growth, the built environment, and meteorological phenomena while considering the interconnectedness of the biological, geological, and cosmological aspects of human experience. Vinyard received a BFA, summa cum laude, from Illinois State University College of Fine Arts in Normal, Illinois, USA.
